4. Liability

QUICKPICKUPS S.L. is not liable for damage caused by website interruptions, computer viruses or the content of third-party websites linked from here.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence; otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona.
