2. What data this website processes

Costa Brava Private Transfers has no forms that collect personal data. The price calculator only sends pick-up, drop-off, date, time and the number of passengers and suitcases, with no data that identifies you. To protect the service, the server keeps technical logs of the IP address and time of each request.

3. If you contact us

If you call us or write to us by WhatsApp or email, we use your data only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare your booking. Legal basis: your request and, where applicable, the transport contract.

4. Bookings

Bookings and payments are made on www.quickpickups.es, which collects trip and passenger data under its own privacy policy.

5. Retention

Technical logs are kept for 90 days at most; messages for as long as needed to help you and for the periods required by law.

6. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The website is hosted on servers located in the European Union.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
