One vehicle for the whole group
In the widget, enter the number of passengers and suitcases: it shows only the vehicles that fit your group, from a minivan for seven to a minibus for up to 14, each with its fixed price. One vehicle means everyone arrives at the same time, at the same door, without splitting the group between cars.
Be precise with the luggage. Fourteen people with fourteen large suitcases need more space than fourteen people with backpacks, and golf bags, bikes or sports kit count as special luggage. If you are not sure, message us and we will tell you which vehicle fits.

More than 14
Several vehicles, one plan
For groups of more than 14 we send several vehicles for the same trip, leaving the airport together. Message us with the number of people, the luggage and the flights: we prepare one plan and one fixed price for the whole group. If the group arrives on different flights, we can split the pick-ups by flight so nobody waits hours for the last one.

At the airport
Meeting a group at El Prat
Groups take longer to leave the terminal: more suitcases on the belt, more people at passport control, and often someone who stops at a shop. That is why the 60 minutes of free waiting count from the actual landing time, not from the timetable. Your driver waits in arrivals with a sign showing the group name, and your contact person can call or message us at any moment.
If the group lands at both terminals, tell us when you book: we plan a separate pick-up at Terminal 1 and at Terminal 2, rather than walking people with luggage from one to the other.

- At the airport, free waiting is 60 minutes from landing; at hotels, 15 minutes.
- Some villages have narrow streets: send the exact address so we choose the right vehicle.

Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes tolls and the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
