For guests
Your hotel transfer, booked before you fly
Choose Barcelona Airport (or the city, Sants or the port) and your town in the search box, see the fixed price and book. Write the name and address of your hotel: we drive you to the entrance, or to the closest point allowed in old towns and pedestrian areas, and the driver helps with the luggage.
Free waiting is 60 minutes at the airport from the actual landing, and 15 minutes at the hotel when we collect you for the way back. Hotels often have check-out at midday: if your flight is late in the day, ask the hotel to keep your bags and book the pick-up for later.

Booking transport for your guests
- Book each guest’s transfer online with their flight number, or send us a list of arrivals by email or WhatsApp.
- Each booking has its fixed price before you confirm it.
- A VAT invoice in the name of the hotel or company, if you are the one paying.
- One contact for your reception, 24 hours a day, for changes on the day.

Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
Up to 22 passengers per vehicle
From a saloon car to a 22-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.

Can my hotel book the transfer for me?
Yes. Anyone can book in your name; give us your flight number and a mobile number we can reach you on.
Do you drop off at the hotel entrance?
Yes, or at the nearest point allowed if the hotel is on a pedestrian street. The driver helps with the luggage.
Can the invoice go to the hotel or a company?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice in the name you choose.
We manage several villas. Can we send arrivals in bulk?
Yes. Send us the list by email or WhatsApp with flights, passengers and luggage, and we confirm each trip with its price.
