From your hotel

A pick-up at your door in Barcelona

Choose Barcelona city as the starting point in the search box and give your hotel or apartment address when you book. Your driver collects you at the door, or at the nearest point allowed if your street is pedestrian, and free waiting at hotels and private addresses is 15 minutes.

From the city centre, with clear roads, it is about 55 minutes to Blanes, an hour to Lloret, an hour and twenty minutes to Tossa, Sant Feliu and Platja d’Aro, around an hour and three quarters to Begur and L’Escala, just under two hours to Roses and a little over two to Cadaqués. Those are times without traffic; on a summer Friday afternoon plan for more.

The alternatives

Coach, train or a vehicle to yourself

Coaches leave from Barcelona’s Estació del Nord for the main resorts, and the coast train runs along the Maresme as far as Blanes. They work well for a light traveller who lives near the station. With suitcases, children or a group, the bus station at each end and the last stretch with luggage are what tip the balance.

A private transfer is priced per vehicle, not per seat, so four or five people share one price. For a group, the group transfers page explains vehicles for up to 22 people.

Good to know

Before you book

  • Leaving Barcelona is slowest on Friday afternoons in summer, and coming back on Sunday evenings.
  • Many hotels have check-out at midday: book a pick-up time that suits your check-in on the coast.
  • If you are going to an old town with restricted traffic, such as Tossa or Calella de Palafrugell, we agree the drop-off point with you.
  • Changes and cancellations are free with 24 hours’ notice or more.

Before you book

What your price includes, and the rules in plain words

  • A fixed price, nothing hidden

The price you confirm includes the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.

  • Meet and greet at arrivals

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.

  • Flight tracking

We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.

  • Free waiting time

60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.

  • Free changes and cancellation

Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.

  • Online payment and invoice

You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.

  • Child seats on request

Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.

  • Up to 22 passengers per vehicle

From a saloon car to a 22-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.
