Barcelona Airport T1 or T2: where your driver meets you
El Prat has two passenger terminals, and they are not next to each other. Knowing which one you land at, and where your driver waits, saves time and phone calls on arrival day.

Two terminals
T1 and T2 are several kilometres apart
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are separate buildings on opposite sides of the airport, linked by a free shuttle bus that runs day and night. You cannot walk from one to the other with luggage in a few minutes, so it matters which one your flight uses.
Your terminal is shown on your booking and in your airline’s app, and airlines sometimes move between terminals, so check it on your own booking rather than on lists online. When you book your transfer, give us the flight number: we read the terminal and the real landing time from it.
At arrivals
Where your driver waits
After baggage reclaim and customs you come out into the arrivals hall of your terminal. Your driver waits there with a sign showing your name. Free waiting is 60 minutes from the actual landing time, which is usually enough for passport control and luggage; if your bag is lost or the passport queue is very long, message us and we keep the driver informed.

Cannot find your driver?
- Stay in the arrivals hall of your terminal; do not go out to the road or change terminals.

Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
Up to 22 passengers per vehicle
From a saloon car to a 22-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.

It is on your booking and in your airline’s app. Give us your flight number and we check it too.

What if my flight lands early or late?

Can I walk from T1 to T2?
Not sensibly with luggage: they are separate buildings, linked by a free shuttle bus.
