Working back from your flight

A simple rule

Take the time your airline asks you to be at the airport before departure (check it on your booking: many ask for around two hours for flights within Europe, and more for long-haul flights or if you check in bags). Subtract the drive time from your town, use the peak figure on summer weekends and public holidays, and add a margin for loading the luggage. That is your pick-up time.

Peak means the busy days for traffic into Barcelona: summer Sundays and the end of bank holiday weekends are the slowest. Early mornings are usually the quickest.

Booking the return

Book it with your arrival, change it for free

In the search box, choose your Costa Brava town as the starting point and Barcelona Airport as the destination (the swap button turns any trip around). Give us your flight number and terminal. With 24 hours’ notice or more you can change or cancel for free; the full rules are in our practical guide.

Free waiting at your hotel or apartment is 15 minutes from the agreed time, so be ready with the luggage at the door. If you fly from Barcelona after a cruise instead, see from the cruise port.

Before you book

What your price includes, and the rules in plain words

  • A fixed price, nothing hidden

The price you confirm includes the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.

  • Meet and greet at arrivals

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.

  • Flight tracking

We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.

  • Free waiting time

60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.

  • Free changes and cancellation

Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.

  • Online payment and invoice

You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.

  • Child seats on request

Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.

  • Up to 22 passengers per vehicle

From a saloon car to a 22-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.

Before you travel

What time should we leave Lloret for a flight at noon?

Lloret is about 1 h 15 from El Prat with clear roads and about 1 h 50 at peak times. If your airline asks for two hours, a pick-up around 08:00 to 08:30 leaves a margin; on a summer Sunday, choose the earlier time.

Does the price change if there is traffic?

No. The price is fixed when you book.

Can you drop us at Terminal 2?

Yes, at T1 or T2. Give us the flight number and we check the terminal.

We have a very early flight. Is that a problem?

No. We work 24 hours a day, and early mornings are usually the quickest time on the roads.

Included in your fixed price

  • Fixed price per vehicle, no meter, no surprises
  • Tolls and parking included
  • Free waiting: 60 min at the airport, 30 min at the cruise port and Sants station, 15 min at any other address
  • Real-time flight tracking
  • Meet & greet: driver with a name sign at arrivals
  • Luggage help, no card surcharge
