Golf bags first
A vehicle chosen for the clubs, not just the people
A golf bag takes the space of a large suitcase or more, and four golfers with four bags and four suitcases do not fit in a saloon car. When you book, enter all the luggage and tell us how many golf bags you carry: golf bags are special luggage, and we assign a vehicle with room for them. If they carry a supplement, we tell you before you pay.
For a group of golfers, a minivan or a minibus is usually the right choice. Up to 14 passengers travel in one vehicle; larger groups go in several vehicles leaving together.

Caldes de Malavella
The large golf resort with two championship courses, about an hour from El Prat. Message us for the exact price to the resort.
The Aro valley
Two courses between Santa Cristina d’Aro and Platja d’Aro, a few minutes from the beach. Choose Platja d’Aro in the widget.

Golf trips
Arrivals, departures and days between courses
Most golf trips to the Costa Brava are a few days long, with tee times on different courses. We handle the arrival from Barcelona Airport and the return at the end of the trip. Spring and autumn are the busiest golf seasons here, so book early if your group is large.
If you travel as a large group with early tee times, tell us: we plan the arrival so the group can rest at the hotel the first night, and the return with time to check in golf bags, which often go through a separate desk. If you need transport between courses during your stay, message us with the plan. This site covers trips with Barcelona at one end; for other trips we will tell you what we can offer.

Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes tolls and the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
Up to 14 passengers per vehicle

How many golfers fit in one vehicle?
It depends on the luggage. With golf bags, plan on fewer people per vehicle than seats. Message us and we will tell you which vehicle fits your group.
How far are the courses from Barcelona Airport?
Roughly between one and two hours, depending on the course. The resort near Girona is the closest.
Can you take us to the resort near Caldes de Malavella?
Yes. Message us with the dates and group size and we will send you a fixed price.
Do you drive between courses during the stay?
Message us with your plan. This site covers trips with Barcelona at one end; we will tell you what we can offer for the rest.
Can the invoice go to our golf club?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice in the name of the person, club or company you choose.
