Airport arrivals
Guests landing at Barcelona Airport are met in arrivals and driven to their hotel on the coast, with their flights tracked.
Hotel to venue shuttles
Timed shuttles from one or several hotels to the ceremony and on to the reception, so nobody has to drive or find parking.
Returns after the party
Departures at the times you choose, for example one after dinner and one at the end, so everyone leaves when they are ready.
Back to Barcelona
Transfers from the coast to the airport, the city, Sants Station or the cruise port for guests heading home.

How we plan it
A timed schedule and one contact
Send us the date, the venue, the hotels and an approximate number of guests. We prepare a schedule with the pick-up times, the vehicles for each trip and who travels in each one, and we adjust it with you until it fits your day.
Up to 14 guests travel in one vehicle. For larger weddings we combine several vehicles running at the same time, so no group of guests waits for a second round. On the day, you or your planner have one number to call, 24 hours a day.
Venues in the Empordà
Country estates, gravel lanes and late finishes
Many Costa Brava weddings are held in old farmhouses and estates inland, in the Baix and Alt Empordà, or in hotels above the coves of Begur, Calella and Tossa. These venues are beautiful and often hard to reach: unlit country roads, gravel drives, narrow gates. We check the access for each vehicle before the day and plan the drop-off point with the venue.
Parties often end after midnight. That is when guests most need a ride, and when a planned return makes the biggest difference: nobody has to drive, and nobody is left waiting at a dark gate for a car that is not coming.
For planners
Working with wedding planners
If you are a planner, we can work directly with you: one schedule for the whole weekend, changes by WhatsApp or email, and a single VAT invoice in your name or your company’s. Send us the guest list by hotel and the timings of the day, and we will turn it into a transport plan with a fixed price.
Peace of mind
Licensed, insured and invoiced
Licensed passenger vehicles, professional drivers, passenger insurance and GPS tracking on every trip. You receive one VAT invoice for the whole plan. Changes are free with 24 hours’ notice or more; on the day, extra waiting beyond the free time is agreed with the driver.
Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes tolls and the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
Up to 14 passengers per vehicle
From a saloon car to a 14-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.

No. We specialise in guest transport: arrivals, shuttles between hotels and venue, and returns at night.

As soon as you know the venue and date. Summer weekends on the Costa Brava fill up early.
