How it works
One vehicle, no changes, straight to your door
Most towns on the Costa Brava have no train station, and the coaches from Barcelona run on fixed timetables, stop in several towns and leave you at a bus station with your luggage. With a private transfer, your driver meets you in arrivals and does not stop until you reach your hotel, villa or campsite.
Choose your starting point and your town in the widget, and you see the fixed price for each vehicle before you book. Booking and payment are completed online in a few minutes. On the day, we track your flight, adjust the pick-up if it is delayed and wait up to 60 minutes free of charge from landing.

Summer on the Costa Brava means families, friends and plenty of luggage. Tell us how many of you are travelling and what you are bringing, and the widget shows the vehicles that fit: from a saloon car to a minibus for up to 14 passengers. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave together.

Both directions
There and back, always with Barcelona at one end
Every trip has Barcelona at one end: the airport, the city centre, Sants Station or the cruise port. We drive you to the coast and back again at the end of your stay. Book both directions at once, or the return later, and change it free of charge with 24 hours’ notice or more.
Before you book
What your price includes, and the rules in plain words
A fixed price, nothing hidden
The price you confirm includes tolls and the luggage you book, and it does not change with traffic. Only extras you ask for on the day, such as an extra stop or extra waiting, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Meet and greet at arrivals
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a sign showing your name.
Flight tracking
We follow your flight in real time. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it.
Free waiting time
60 minutes at the airport, 30 minutes at the cruise port or Sants Station, and 15 minutes at hotels and any other address.
Free changes and cancellation
Free with 24 hours’ notice or more, with a full refund. Changes need at least 3 hours’ notice, or 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and the day before them.
Online payment and invoice
You pay securely online when you book, and you receive a VAT invoice in your name or your company’s name.
Child seats on request
Tell us the children’s ages when you book and the seats are fitted before pick-up, for a small supplement.
Up to 14 passengers per vehicle
From a saloon car to a 14-seat minibus. Larger groups travel in several vehicles that leave at the same time.

How long does it take from Barcelona Airport to the Costa Brava?
It depends on the town. Blanes is about 70 minutes away, Lloret de Mar 75 to 90 minutes, Begur just under two hours and Cadaqués around two hours and twenty minutes, depending on traffic.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You see it before you book and it does not change with traffic or the route your driver takes. It includes tolls and the luggage you declare.
Do you also drive from the coast back to Barcelona?
Yes. Every trip has Barcelona at one end, in either direction: the airport, the city centre, Sants Station or the cruise port.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pick-up time. You have 60 minutes of free waiting at the airport from the moment you land.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Up to 14 passengers. For larger groups we arrange several vehicles for the same trip.
Can I cancel?
